Our cleaners are experienced and energetic about their work.
We develop a cleaning specification that is specific to each client and their individual needs. Our cleaning specification is a guide and by no means a restriction. Where the needs of the site change, we change with it and without additional and unreasonable charges to our customers.

- as well as more specialized cleaning
We understand that not all cleaning duties can be predicted and always work with flexibility!
GARDENING
Our gardeners work with passion and it shows!
We offer general gardening and grounds maintenance services that adapt alongside the weather. In the summer the focus is more on keeping the weeds at bay and cutting the grass. Through the colder months our focus adapts to leaf clearing and spreading anti slip grit to walkways.
We will look after the whole of your outside areas to include:
- cleaning of bin areas
- sweeping
- leaf removal
- general gardening
- accessible external glass cleaning
- litter picking
- gritting walkways
- wall washing
- metal fencing and railing cleaning
- etc.
CARETAKING
We can do your caretaking without maintenance charges.
Types of tasks we complete include:
- painting of gates and railings
- replacing touch plates and kick plates
- repairing door stops
- jet washing of paved areas
- changing light bulbs
- refixing/installing signage
- refixing loose carpet
- etc.
Some of our clients have further developed our role to provide a point of contact for site taking on such duties as the following:
- site inspections
- reporting
- taking meter readings
- providing contractor access
- direct liaison with residents
- etc.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
A bespoke and complete service!
There is no 2 concierge roles the same. Every site comes with a unique set up and we develop our concierge service to satisfy the requirements of each site individually.
An example of duties that can be incorporated into the role of your concierge:
- A meet and greet service for residents, guests of residents and visitors
- taking in deliveries
- organising services such as dry cleaning
- making dinner reservations
- point of contact for contractors
- site inspections
- holding resident meetings
- managing resident on line forums
- information sharing between residents and property mangers/directors
- site administration
- issuing of keys
- taking payments

HEALTH AND SAFETY FOR YOU
Health and Safety can be costly to maintain but if its not maintained the costs could be far worse! We can take the sting out of some aspects of health and safety for you and help you to stay compliant with Health and Safety Law and Regulations whilst keeping the cost down.

- visual weekly emergency lighting tests
- visual weekly inspecting of obstruction, fire doors, etc.
- monthly emergency lighting testing and record keeping
- monthly smoke ventilation testing and record keeping
